\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8a18\u8005\u9673\u51f1\u529b\uff0f\u65b0\u7af9\u5831\u5c0e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u958b\u653e\u6559\u80b2\u662f\u7f8e\u570b\u9ebb\u7701\u7406\u5de5\u8d77\u6e90\uff0c\u7531\u6559\u5e2b\u9304\u88fd\u4e0a\u8ab2\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u4e0a\u50b3\u5230\u6559\u80b2\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u7f8e\u570b\u4eba\u514d\u8cbb\u81ea\u7531\u5b78\u7fd2\u30022006\u5e74\u4ea4\u901a\u5927\u5b78\u5f15\u9032\u53f0\u7063\uff0c\u4ea4\u5927\u56e0\u6b64\u6210\u570b\u5167\u958b\u653e\u6559\u80b2\u9818\u57df\u7ff9\u695a\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u6709\u610f\u5411\u5b78\u7684\u8001\u5e2b\u3001\u5b78\u751f\u53ca\u793e\u6703\u5927\u773e\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u7531\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u5b78\u5206\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u7372\u4ea4\u5927\u3001\u53f0\u5927\u7b49\u6821\u8a8d\u8b49\uff0c\u6df1\u53d7\u6b61\u8fce\u30022018\u5e749\u670821\u65e5\u5c07\u9080\u8acb\u5168\u7403\u958b\u653e\u6559\u80b2\u806f\u76df\u6559\u6388James Glapa-Grossklag\u65bc\u300c2018\u81fa\u7063\u958b\u653e\u5f0f\u8ab2\u7a0b\u66a8\u6559\u80b2\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u300d\uff0c\u5206\u4eab\u958b\u653e\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u53ca\u57f7\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ea4\u5927\u958b\u653e\u6559\u80b2\u63a8\u52d5\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u4efb\u674e\u5927\u5049\u8aaa\uff0c\u300c\u6559\u5b78\u5c31\u662f\u6276\u4ed6\u5011\u4e00\u628a\uff01\u300d\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u500b\u5e73\u53f0\u5c31\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b78\u6709\u5c08\u7cbe\u7684\u5b78\u8005\u5c08\u5bb6\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u9019\u5e73\u53f0\u6276\u5927\u5bb6\u4e00\u628a\u3002\u958b\u653e\u6559\u80b2\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u9f13\u52f5\u81ea\u4e3b\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u662f\u64d4\u8ca0\u8d77\u9802\u5c16\u5927\u5b78\u5f2d\u5e73\u300c\u6578\u4f4d\u843d\u5dee\u300d\u7684\u793e\u6703\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u50cf\u6709\u4e9b\u9ad8\u4e2d\u751f\u901a\u904e\u8ab2\u7a0b\u8a8d\u8b49\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c07\u4f86\u82e5\u8b80\u4ea4\u5927\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u5b78\u6821\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u514d\u4fee\u8a72\u79d1\u5b78\u5206\uff0c\u7701\u4e0b\u8a31\u591a\u6642\u9593\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\u9019\u6b21\u4ea4\u5927\u3001\u53f0\u5927\u53ca\u81fa\u7063\u958b\u653e\u5f0f\u8ab2\u7a0b\u66a8\u6559\u80b2\u806f\u76df\u5171\u540c\u8209\u8fa6\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\uff0c\u9080\u8acb\u5168\u7403\u958b\u653e\u6559\u80b2\u806f\u76df\u524d\u7406\u4e8b\u9577 James Glapa-Grossklag \u6559\u6388\u4f86\u81fa\u5206\u4eab\u7f8e\u570b\u9ebb\u7701\u7406\u5de5\u3001\u54c8\u4f5b\u53ca\u7d04\u7ff0\u970d\u666e\u91d1\u65af\u5927\u5b78\u7b49\u540d\u6821\uff0c\u89e3\u69cb\u5404\u5927\u5b78\u5982\u4f55\u898f\u5283\u8207\u7d93\u71df\u958b\u653e\u6559\u80b2\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u57f7\u884c\u7d93\u9a57\u4f9b\u81fa\u7063\u53c3\u8003\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ee5\u300c\u53ef\u6c57\u5b78\u9662\u300d\u805e\u540d\u83ef\u4eba\u6559\u80b2\u5708\u7684\u65b9\u65b0\u821f\u8463\u4e8b\u9577\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u662f\u4e00\u4f4d\u6210\u529f\u4f01\u696d\u5bb6\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u300c\u8aa0\u81f4\u6559\u80b2\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u300d\u7684\u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\u3001\u57289\u670821\u7576\u5929\uff0c\u65b9\u65b0\u821f\u4e5f\u6703\u548c\u5927\u5bb6\u5206\u4eab\u81ea\u5df1\u5efa\u7acb\u5747\u4e00\u6559\u80b2\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u5fc3\u5f97\u3001\u6295\u5165\u6559\u80b2\u6539\u9769\u5f8c\u81ea\u8eab\u5f9e\u71df\u5229\u7d44\u7e54\u8f49\u63db\u5230\u975e\u71df\u5229\u7d44\u7e54\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u300c\u958b\u653e\u6587\u5316\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u300d\u6cd5\u5236\u9867\u554f\u6797\u8aa0\u590f\u9577\u671f\u5f9e\u4e8b\u516c\u773e\u6388\u6b0a\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4e26\u5354\u52a9\u5404\u754c\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u91d0\u6e05 Open Source\u3001Open Data\u4ee5\u53ca CC
